Job Opportunity

Auxeris is seeking a skilled Private Client Solicitor/Legal Executive to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years PQE and experience in Probate, with a strong ability to work on a varied range of cases, including Estate Administration and Probate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To deliver exceptional client service, ensuring that client instructions are carried out efficiently and effectively.
  • To provide regular progress reports to clients, keeping them informed of developments.
  • To handle client queries promptly and professionally, either by phone or in writing.
  • To maintain accurate records and a well-organized filing system.
  • To meet budgeted fees and profit targets, where applicable.

Person Specification:

  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage a busy caseload and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to provide support and guidance to less senior members of the team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a co-operative and helpful attitude.
  • Diligent and conscientious approach to work, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years PQE.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong caseload management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
