We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Rose Garden, an Allegra Care Home. Our mission is to provide a caring environment for our residents, enabling a fulfilling and meaningful life with dignity.

As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met. You will work closely with our team to create a safe and secure environment, promoting independence and dignity for all residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist residents with their care needs, including personal care and medication management
  • Tidy resident rooms and maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Respond to help bells and provide support to residents as needed
  • Assist with dressing and personal care, promoting independence and dignity
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure seamless care delivery

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills, including written and spoken English
  • Organisation and methodical working, with attention to detail
  • Good customer service and people skills
  • Reliability, dependability, and a willingness to help others
  • Genuine enthusiasm for the care sector and a passion for making a difference
