This position is based at our head office and offers a fixed-term contract with the potential for permanent placement. The role includes hybrid working arrangements, requiring a minimum of two days in the office, which features excellent amenities, including free onsite parking.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily and weekly reconciliations
  • Process trading statements for both group and franchise
  • Scan, process, and categorize invoices
  • Manage and address inquiries via the group accounts email, resolving issues for both internal and external stakeholders
  • Distribute financial documents such as cheque books and gift vouchers, along with daily correspondence to the team
  • Assist the broader finance processing team with additional tasks as needed

Essential Skills

  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Proficient in computer applications, particularly Excel
  • Strong communication skills across all levels, both verbally and in writing
  • Able to meet deadlines and adapt to changing priorities
  • Experience in high-volume processing is a plus
  • A collaborative team player who can also work independently
  • Willingness to pursue further education and qualifications (AAT Accounting, Level 2)
