This position is based at our head office and offers a fixed-term contract with the potential for permanent placement. The role includes hybrid working arrangements, requiring a minimum of two days in the office, which features excellent amenities, including free onsite parking.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily and weekly reconciliations
- Process trading statements for both group and franchise
- Scan, process, and categorize invoices
- Manage and address inquiries via the group accounts email, resolving issues for both internal and external stakeholders
- Distribute financial documents such as cheque books and gift vouchers, along with daily correspondence to the team
- Assist the broader finance processing team with additional tasks as needed
Essential Skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Proficient in computer applications, particularly Excel
- Strong communication skills across all levels, both verbally and in writing
- Able to meet deadlines and adapt to changing priorities
- Experience in high-volume processing is a plus
- A collaborative team player who can also work independently
- Willingness to pursue further education and qualifications (AAT Accounting, Level 2)
