Are you a meticulous professional with a background in finance and accounting? Our client, a progressive and expanding organization, is in search of a Finance Assistant to enhance their team in Bristol.

In this position, you will be instrumental in facilitating the financial activities of their Italian corporate accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with external accountants and service providers for the Italian project entities.
Assist in the preparation of budgets, management accounts, and year-end statutory financial statements.
Examine balance sheets, IAS and ITAGAAP reports, and communicate insights to managers and stakeholders.
Support daily financial processing, including revenue invoicing and regulatory submissions.
Contribute to management control and financial reporting initiatives.
Work alongside asset managers to fulfill operational needs.
Analyze expenditures to support capital expenditure initiatives.
Oversee cash flow for project entities and holding companies.
Prepare internal accounts for Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs) and Holdcos.
Engage with regulatory authorities to ensure compliance.
Identify opportunities to reduce tax liabilities for the Italian and European group.
Participate in special projects within the Revive portfolio.

Qualifications:
Prior experience managing transactions and preparing accounts for corporate entities.
Strong command of Microsoft Office applications.
Exceptional communication skills across all levels.
Proficiency in Italian is highly desirable.
Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
