As a Communication Specialist, you will:

  • Engage with children on an individual basis or in small groups within dedicated therapy areas and classroom settings to facilitate their learning and participation in school activities.

  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including educators, therapists, learning support staff, educational psychologists, and care professionals.

Ideal candidates will possess:

  • Experience working with children, particularly those with significant and complex communication needs.
  • Proficiency in drafting reports for parents, caregivers, and other professionals.
  • Membership in the Royal College of Speech and Language Therapists.
  • A recognized degree in Speech and Language Therapy or an equivalent qualification.
  • Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council.
