Corporate Tax Director Opportunity
We are seeking a highly experienced Corporate Tax Director to join our team at Pro-Tax. As a key member of our Corporate and Business Tax team, you will play a crucial role in providing expert tax advisory and compliance services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the delivery of commercially viable and technically excellent tax advice to clients, including tax due diligence, structuring, international and other advisory work.
- Manage the successful delivery of tax audits for clients under UK GAAP, IFRS, and US GAAP.
- Develop and implement tax strategies to help clients achieve their business objectives.
- Manage and mentor a team of tax professionals to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver high-quality services.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop proposals to sell new services to existing clients.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations, and ensure that our clients are aware of any implications for their businesses.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in corporate tax advisory and compliance services.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality tax advice and managing complex tax projects.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with experience of managing a team of tax professionals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- CTA and/or ACA qualified or equivalent.
