Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Tax Director to join our team at Pro-Tax Recruitment Limited. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in leading and expanding our Corporate Tax department, delivering exceptional tax services to a diverse client base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic tax advice on business disposals and acquisitions to management teams and shareholders.
  • Advise on management incentive plans, including employee share schemes, growth share plans, and employee ownership trusts.
  • Advise on corporate reorganisations, such as capital reduction and s110 demergers.
  • Handle EIS and SEIS advance assurance applications and provide advisory work.
  • Provide expertise in structuring property acquisitions and disposals.
  • Lead on projects, including tax valuations, due diligence, and international structuring.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Corporate Tax Director or Senior Manager in a reputable accounting firm or corporate environment.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to oversee and guide a team of corporate tax professionals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide strategic tax advice.
