Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Solicitor to join our Dispute Resolution & Litigation team at Stobbs. As an IP Disputes Solicitor, you will be responsible for handling a range of disputes and litigation cases, including pure IP and related commercial/contractual disputes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and litigate IP disputes, including trade mark, passing off, copyright, and design rights cases
  • Work on commercial and brand advisory projects, providing expert advice to clients
  • Supervise and support the development of trainees and paralegals in the team
  • Contribute to business development initiatives and help drive the growth of the firm

Requirements

  • Qualified UK solicitor with 1-2 years PQE
  • Proven litigation experience at another legal firm or chambers
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Excellent attitude and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
