About the Role

We are seeking a talented Litigation Lawyer to join our busy team at Law Staff Ltd. As a Dispute Resolution Solicitor, you will be responsible for managing a varied caseload and providing additional support to senior fee earners on more complex matters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a broad range of clients, including household names, and provide expert advice on contentious probate, injunctions, property litigation, and other areas of commercial and civil litigation.
  • Negotiate and draft documentation, including shareholder and partnership disputes, employee disputes, regulatory, and contractual disputes.
  • Assist and supervise junior members of staff where required and play an active role in the continued success of the team through the development of new and existing client relationships and participation in business development and marketing initiatives.

Requirements

  • Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive between NQ and 5 years' PQE.
  • Technically proficient with experience in a broad range of commercial and civil litigation.
  • Demonstrates an ability to complex matters in clear, accessible language and develop strong client relationships.
  • Proven drafting skills and attention to detail.
  • Confidently handle your own workload with minimal supervision.
  • Works well under pressure, meeting tight deadlines and maintaining high levels of accuracy.
  • A pro-active team player with a flair for business development and marketing.
