Job Description

Commercial Solicitor - IP Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Solicitor to join our team at Stobbs. As a Commercial Solicitor - IP Expert, you will be responsible for providing expert advice on commercial contracts, with a focus on intellectual property (IP) law.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice on commercial contracts, including drafting and negotiating agreements.
  • Work closely with our IP team to provide strategic advice on IP law and its application to commercial contracts.
  • Assist in the negotiation of terms and conditions of commercial contracts.
  • Advise on contractual disputes and provide guidance on dispute resolution strategies.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to provide excellent client service and deliver high-quality results.

Requirements:

  • Qualified UK solicitor (c. 1-2 years PQE).
  • Commercial experience at another legal firm or chambers.
  • Autonomous and efficient with proven organisation and project management skills.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
