About the Role:
- As a Patient Administrator, you will be the primary point of contact for patients, providing seamless support throughout their care journey.
- You will be responsible for coordinating administrative tasks, including patient booking, diagnostic result management, and communication with clinicians.
- Efficient management of internal systems will be crucial in actively managing patient care pathways and providing clinicians with necessary clinical notes.
About You:
- Strong experience in an administrative role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems.
- Previous experience with ERS and System One is desirable, but not essential.
- Previous experience in an administrative healthcare environment is advantageous.
