Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct internal, 2nd party, and 3rd party external audits within the organization, joint venture companies, and the supply chain.
  • Audit against Information Management Systems (IMS) and ensure alignment with business processes in the Integrated Management System (IMS).
  • Plan, coordinate, and conduct audits across enabling functions, project delivery teams, joint venture companies (DJV), and supply chain partners.
  • Perform audits in accordance with ISO 19011:2018 guidelines for auditing management systems.
  • Prepare and distribute detailed audit reports identifying conformity or non-conformity.
  • Follow up on audit findings by evaluating the effectiveness of corrective actions and verifying evidence of corrections.
  • Prepare regular reports against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and root causes for senior leadership.
  • Contribute to professional development through performance reviews and training/coaching opportunities.
  • Assign roles and responsibilities to observers and subject matter experts during joint audits.
  • Utilize a range of audit methods during combined Occupational Health and Safety and Environmental Management System audits.
Requirements:
  • Lead Auditor Accreditation with experience in ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018 auditing, preferably with IRCA certification.
  • Experience in construction, ideally with a delivery contractor.
  • Experience managing quality and assurance within a highly regulated, complex multi-disciplinary industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering audit programs in quality management systems.
  • 6 months contract to perm
  • £450-£500 a day PAYE
  • Hybrid working (2 days from home)
