Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Physiotherapist to join our team as a Disability Auditor in a hybrid role. This is a unique opportunity to work with the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) on their Health Transformation Programme.

About the Role: As a Physiotherapist Auditor, you will be responsible for auditing PIP assessments delivered within the DWP Assessment Centres. You will also work with the research and development team to identify areas for service delivery improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct thorough audits of PIP assessments to ensure accuracy and quality.
  2. Collaborate with the research and development team to identify opportunities for service improvement.
  3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with DWP staff and stakeholders.
  4. Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  1. Current registration with the HCPC as a Registered Physiotherapist with a full licence to practice.
  2. Approval in PIP Telephone Assessments.
  3. A minimum of 2 years post HCPC registration experience.
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  5. Right to work in the UK.
