Disability Auditor - Physio - Hybrid Role

ENGINEERINGUK has partnered with the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) to recruit physios (and other healthcare professionals) for a unique role in their Assessment Centres in London and Birmingham.

This position is not a typical Disability Auditor role - you will be joining DWP's Health Transformation Programme, focused on transforming the benefit application journey.

We require two PIP auditors to join the team based in Birmingham.

This is not a role with any of the FAS / HAAS providers.

As an experienced PIP Physio assessor, you will be fully trained to audit PIP assessments delivered within the DWP Assessment Centres, while also working with the research and development team.

  4. The option to do part-time hours (minimum 3 days per week) following the training.

  7. Hybrid working - flexibility to work from home 40% of the time.

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  1. Current registration with the HCPC as a Registered Physiotherapist with a full licence to practice.
  2. Approval in PIP Telephone Assessments.
  3. A minimum of 2 years post HCPC registration experience.
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  5. Right to work in the UK.
