This is an exciting opportunity to join D R Newitt & Associates as a Senior Buyer, where you will be responsible for overseeing the procurement of our fresh produce product portfolio in the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Effective negotiation and communication with suppliers to secure the best possible prices and terms.
  • Proactive delivery of regular supply updates to the commercial sales team.
  • Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with internal teams and suppliers.
  • Managing the procurement process from start to finish, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of fresh produce.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in procurement or a related field.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Driver's license and own transport required.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £50,000 - £60,000.
