As a Dual Fuel Engineer, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Responding to urgent maintenance and service requests.
- Safely installing and removing smart meters (SMETS2) in residential settings as required.
- Delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring clients are informed about the advantages and safe operation of their smart meters.
Compensation Package:
- Base salary of £36,900 with a realistic on-target earnings of £48,000 annually.
- Annual safety and attendance bonuses of £1,000 each.
- Uncapped additional bonuses based on performance.
- £200 monthly payment for flexible working arrangements.
- Overtime compensated at time and a half, with double time on Sundays.
- 22 days of annual leave plus 8 public holidays, with additional leave accrued in subsequent years.

Qualifications for Success:
To excel in this role, candidates should demonstrate a commitment to high-quality service and possess the following qualifications:
- Current CCN1/CMA1 & MET1 qualifications or equivalent (within 6 months of expiry).
- Experience with MOCOPA at a multi-rate level; 3-phase experience is advantageous.
- Registered on the EUSR portal (preferred but not essential).
- Valid UK driving license with no more than 6 penalty points.
- Minimum of 6 months practical experience in a dual fuel capacity.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts.
- Proficiency in using mobile IT devices.
