We are currently seeking a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant to join our team, focusing on the implementation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud for our diverse clientele. This role involves direct client interaction, gathering essential requirements, and configuring Marketing Cloud solutions to align with those needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with clients to identify and comprehend their marketing objectives, translating these into impactful Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions.
  • Design, construct, and launch Marketing Cloud solutions that meet client specifications.
  • Configure and personalize Salesforce Marketing Cloud components, including Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Journey Builder, and Automation Studio.
  • Develop and manage intricate data extensions, queries, and automation workflows within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Provide continuous support and resolve issues for clients as needed.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree from a UK institution with a minimum classification of 2:1.
  • Demonstrated experience in implementing Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications (such as Email Specialist or Consultant) are advantageous.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing automation, data management, and customer segmentation.
  • Proficiency in SQL, AMPscript, and HTML/CSS for customizing email templates.

What We Offer:

This position is fully remote and full-time, offering a competitive salary of up to £55,000 along with additional benefits provided by the company.
