Digital Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities include:
* CRM Marketing Integration: Provides overall platform support of Marketing Cloud for the college and builds, maintains, and improves Marketing Cloud user journeys following design and process protocols.
* Marketing and Strategic Communication Coordination: Provides coordination and creative support to strategic projects on behalf of the college's units, including overseeing current and future digital marketing and communication efforts from initiation to development, implementation, assessment, and modification where needed.
* Social Media: Manages and operates the college's social media accounts and paid marketing campaigns to align with the college's strategic communications and marketing objectives.
* Search Engine Optimization and Marketing: Enhance the college's visibility and reputation through search engine optimization and marketing; enhance undergraduate, graduate, and online enrollment to align with the college's strategic objectives.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree in Communication, Marketing, Data Management, or related field.
* Five years experience in marketing and communications services.
* Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and email marketing best practices.
* Strong interpersonal skills, project management skills, writing and editing for various media (including digital, media, social), skills developing content for digital platforms, integrated marketing, communication skills, and skills developing assessment tools.
* Experience with Google AdWords, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, and Instagram marketing.
Desired Qualifications:
* Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator Certification.
Salary Range: $54,800 - $93,200
