Architecture Governance Project Lead

Role Overview: As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality governance and compliance solutions for a variety of software applications and platform products.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary representative for IP Architecture, supporting the readiness program for risk and controls associated with upcoming audits.
  • Oversee the daily execution of established business-as-usual (BAU) processes while managing new and ongoing projects.
  • Engage with diverse stakeholders, demonstrating exceptional written and verbal communication skills to influence and collaborate effectively.
  • Facilitate meetings, document minutes, track attendance, and prepare status reports for senior management.
  • Work closely with process owners to ensure that all requests for information (RFIs) are properly documented, monitored, and fulfilled within set deadlines.


Daily Duties:

  • Serve as the point of contact for various BAU activities and upcoming initiatives, including the Risk & Controls readiness program and the Architecture Risk Management process.
  • Ensure consistent execution of processes while maintaining accurate records and data for reporting across different organizational levels.
  • Lead scheduled meetings, documenting all activities in Confluence and JIRA.
  • Contribute to a team culture that values diversity, equity, inclusion, and respect.


Collaboration and Development: Participate in the internal Technology development QA process working group, fostering relationships with application owners and assisting in maintaining data quality within the firm's architecture metadata repositories. Provide feedback on streamlining processes.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience in governance and compliance within application, data, and infrastructure architecture.
  • Understanding of architecture, design, and business processes.
  • Proven track record in process management and optimization.
  • Strong communication skills across various technology groups.
  • Expertise in project execution and program management with a keen attention to detail.
  • Background in risk, compliance, and governance management.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Relevant educational background or equivalent experience.
  • Experience leading collaborative teams towards shared objectives.
  • Familiarity with architecture governance frameworks such as TOGAF or similar.
  • Appreciation for technology architecture, applications, and technical processes.
  • Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English.
