Contract Role: Architecture Governance Specialist

Position: Architecture Governance Specialist

Location: Dorset (Hybrid - 3 days per week in office)

Contract Duration: 6-month rolling contract

Compensation: £400-£600 per day (PAYE, based on experience)

A prominent investment banking institution is in search of a talented individual to become part of its Technology Infrastructure division on a contractual basis. This position provides a remarkable opportunity to influence and enhance architectural standards within a vibrant financial sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead ongoing operations and new projects in Risk & Controls, Architecture Risk Management, and technology development quality assurance.
  • Manage daily governance procedures and ensure thorough documentation.
  • Coordinate essential meetings and record discussions utilizing contemporary collaboration tools.
  • Collaborate with the technology development quality assurance team.
  • Engage with stakeholders to uphold data accuracy in architectural systems.
  • Promote process enhancements and optimizations.
  • Assist in audit preparations and risk management strategies.
  • Efficiently handle information requests.
  • Encourage a diverse and respectful team culture.

  • Demonstrated experience in technology architecture governance and compliance.
  • Strong grasp of architectural concepts and business operations.
  • Expertise in process management and improvement.
  • Outstanding communication abilities.
  • Proven project and program management skills.
  • Experience in risk and compliance oversight.
