Job Title: Engine Test Facilities Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Engine Test Facilities Engineer to join our team on a 12-month assignment basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering calibration and maintenance tasks associated with an engine test cell.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support and lead project management activities, purchasing, installation, and commissioning of test cell equipment in readiness for engine test projects.
  • Diagnose electrical/mechanical malfunctions in test cell facility or diesel engine components.
  • Strong understanding of the electrical and mechanical requirements of a working engine test facility.
  • Awareness of low voltage electrical systems associated with Diesel generators for providing electricity in prime, continuous, or standby modes.
  • Proficient user of computer applications including Word, Excel, and Power Point.
  • A good knowledge of 18th Edition Electrical Safety and Competency is desirable.
Requirements:
  • Experience in a similar role or relevant industry.
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of engine test facilities.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
