**Job Overview:**

We're seeking a highly skilled Facilities Maintenance Specialist to join our Workplace Solutions team at Burton Police Station in Staffordshire.

**Location and Contract:**

The role is based at Burton Police Station, Staffordshire and is a Fixed Term Contract for 6 months with a Part Time schedule of 18 hours per week (Monday 06:00 to 10:00 and Tuesday to Friday 06:00 to 09:30).

**Responsibilities:

  • As a Facilities Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene levels within the site using COSHH & colour coding principles (Training will be provided).
  • You will be required to cover sickness and annual leave for colleagues as needed.
  • Reporting any pest issues promptly.

**Requirements:

  • Some knowledge of COSHH & colour coding is preferred but not essential as training will be provided.
  • Previous experience in a cleaning or maintenance role would be beneficial.
  • Able to work effectively as part of a team.

**Estimated Salary:** £15-17 per hour, dependent on experience (£25,000 - £28,800 per annum for 18 hours/week)
