Home Manager (Nurse) - £55,000.00 – Norwich

We are seeking an experienced Home Manager with a passion for adult social care to lead our modern nursing home in Norwich. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to our residents while ensuring the smooth operation of the home.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a large team of support and nursing staff to deliver person-centred care and achieve a Good rating from the CQC.
  • Develop and implement effective care plans, ensuring the health and social care needs of residents are met.
  • Supervise and mentor staff to improve their skills and knowledge, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Manage sickness, staff training, and development, as well as coaching and mentoring to ensure the highest standards of care.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for residents.

Requirements:

  • Active NMC Pin number and at least 3 years' experience of managing a nursing home with 20+ beds.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, staff, and external partners.
