Job Title: Agency Chemotherapy Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Agency Chemotherapy Nurse to join our team at Leaders in Care Recruitment Ltd. As an Agency Chemotherapy Nurse, you will provide high-quality care to oncology patients in their own homes, working on a temporary contract with our agency.

Job Summary:

This is a community-based role covering the Norfolk area, with 37.5 hours per week available working 4 or 5 days per week. The role will involve seeing patients for bloods, toxicity assessments, IV chemotherapy, oral chemotherapy, pump disconnections, line care, IM/SC injections, and more.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide oncology patients with a range of treatments in their own homes
  • Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care
  • Conduct bloods, toxicity assessments, and other necessary procedures
  • Administer IV and oral chemotherapy, as well as other treatments
  • Perform pump disconnections, line care, and other related tasks
Requirements:
  • Active NMC Pin - Registered RGN
  • Experience in Oncology, Haematology, or Chemotherapy is essential
  • Cannulation & Venepuncture experience
  • Driving Licence
  • SACT Passport, or equivalent qualification
Benefits:
