About the Role

Curo, a leading housing association, is seeking a highly organized and proactive Contract Administrator to join the Property Operations team. This role provides administrative support to our Property Services teams, ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of service contracts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality, customer-focused services that deliver high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Oversee the administration of program management systems, issuing work orders and managing contractor services across Curo.
  • Manage supplier invoices, identifying discrepancies, and reviewing held invoices on a weekly basis.
  • Confirm all appointments with customers to ensure smooth service delivery.
Requirements
  • Ability to work collaboratively and flexibly within a team-oriented environment, while also being able to work independently to ensure tasks are completed effectively.
  • Proven experience in providing high-quality, customer-focused services that deliver high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Strong administrative skills, ideally gained within an organization that handles large volumes of varied transactions and a complex customer base.
  • Familiarity with the invoice process, and experience in reconciling statements from contractors, is advantageous.
  • A methodical and organized approach to work, with the ability to handle a busy, varied workload, manage interruptions and changes, and meet targets and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in numeracy, literacy, and IT skills, especially in Excel and Word.
