Job Title: Ward Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Ward Manager to join our team at the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital NHS Trust. About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong background in nursing, with a minimum of 4 years' experience in a relevant speciality. You will have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to deliver exceptional patient care. You will also have a proven track record of managing budgets, leading change initiatives, and participating in audit and research projects.

Key Responsibilities
