We are seeking a skilled and experienced Civil Enforcement Officer to join our team at Unity Recruitment. As a key member of our parking enforcement team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth flow of traffic and maintaining order in our parking facilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Issue Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs) to vehicles parked in contravention of parking regulations
- Record evidence and observations to monitor vehicles parking and provide parking advice and directions to members of the public
- Report any equipment that is in need of repair and other problems with signs, lines, or activity on the street
- Act as a deterrent to inconsiderate parking and report abandoned vehicles to management
- Excellent communication skills and previous experience in Civil Enforcement (6 months or more)
- Eye for detail and experience working with computerized systems
- Ability to work 35+ hours per week, including Bank Holidays, on a rota basis
- Flexibility to work shift patterns under enforcement hours and potential overtime
- Competitive hourly rate of £20.16 via umbrella
- Uniform provided for the role
