We are seeking a highly skilled Network IT Support Specialist to join our team at Saunders Scott. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing technical support and expertise to our clients across various business sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-line technical support and incident resolution using industry-standard tools and methodologies.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their technical requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Work closely with our technical teams to resolve complex technical issues and implement new technologies.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of emerging technologies, including Microsoft 365, Meraki WiFi, and Azure Active Directory.
- Contribute to the development of technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
- Participate in on-call rotations and provide 24/7 support as required.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role, providing technical support and expertise to clients.
- Strong understanding of networking fundamentals, including WLAN, WAN, and LAN configuration and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of Windows Desktop Support and relevant technologies, including Directory services, DHCP, and DNS.
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills, with a proactive and can-do attitude.
- Previous experience with service management toolsets, such as remote monitoring and management, incident resolution, and knowledge management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
