Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Site Engineer to join our team for a significant Highways project. This role involves working during night shifts and requires a strong background in road construction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Overseeing work crews to ensure adherence to design specifications.
  • Conducting thorough pre-start site evaluations.
  • Preparing comprehensive risk assessments.
Required Experience

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Expertise in road construction techniques and materials.
  • Understanding of crossfalls and cambers in roadway design.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD software.
  • Experience collaborating with contractors, including asphalt layers, planers, and white liners.
  • Knowledge in documenting concrete pours.
