Tony Gee and Partners is seeking a skilled Civil Engineering Design Engineer to contribute to our successful team. This role presents an opportunity to work on diverse major projects across the UK, collaborating with leading engineers in the industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver civil engineering designs for rail and highway projects.
  • Produce detailed steel and concrete structural designs.
  • Utilize computer software for structural analysis and modeling.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of three years of experience in civil engineering design within the rail/highways sectors.
  • Proficiency in steel and concrete design and detailing.
  • Experience using software for structural analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • BEng or MEng degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Working towards Chartered Civil Engineer qualification.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in geotechnical design.
  • Familiarity with finite element analysis software.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Problem-solving skills focused on cost-effective designs.
  • Understanding of project timelines and budgets.
