Senior Geotechnical Consultant Opportunity

Tetra Tech, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Geotechnical Consultant to provide ground investigation, geotechnical, and geo-environmental consultancy services to a broad range of private and public sector clients.

  • Lead ground investigation projects, including logging of soil and rock to BS5930, supervision of site works, groundwater, and ground gas monitoring.
  • Develop and implement effective training programs for junior team members, tailored to their individual needs and goals.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality services that meet their needs.
  • Prepare ground investigation works, including booking subcontractors and managing project finances.

As a Senior Geotechnical Consultant, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, develop your skills and expertise, and contribute to the growth and success of our team.

Requirements
  • Experience in ground investigation, including logging of soil and rock to BS5930, supervision of site works, groundwater, and ground gas monitoring.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective training programs.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with clients and team members.
  • Proficiency in the Openground suite of software.
  • Full, clean driving license.
  • CSCS card relevant to the position.
  • SMSTS training.
  • Cat and Genny training.
  • First Aid training.
