To maintain our ambitious trajectory, we require a Visual Merchandising Lead who will honor our legacy while propelling us into the future. Our team is driven by a passion for their craft, whether it be in high-end fashion procurement or sportswear data analysis.

Role Responsibilities

As the In-Store Visual Merchandising Lead, you will be responsible for the overall aesthetic and ambiance of visual merchandising within your location.

You will guide the in-store Visual Team, providing visual support to the store and all tiers of the sales personnel.

By adhering to the visual guidelines established by the Head Office, you will engage customers through innovative, commercially viable, and sophisticated visual merchandising and layout strategies, optimizing store profitability while ensuring alignment with Frasers Group and Brand standards.

Key Duties

  • Conduct weekly assessments of the store in collaboration with Floor Managers and the In-store VM team to strategize workload and provide clear directives for upcoming weeks, in accordance with marketing and communication schedules and Head Office VM guidelines.
  • Collaborate with floor managers and their teams to ensure brands are displayed in a commercially viable manner and in alignment with their distinct identities, following the Frasers Group methodology, utilizing Visual Principles, Brand Segmentations, and Seasonal Brand Packs provided by the Head Office VM teams.
  • Efficiently coordinate the retail team across operational tasks, offering guidance based on your operational expertise.
  • Deliver timely feedback to team members, acknowledging achievements and constructively addressing areas for improvement.
  • Leverage your expertise to mentor and develop the VM and shop floor teams, enhancing their confidence and merchandising capabilities by overseeing the Visual implementation within the store.
  • Foster a desire to purchase by consistently achieving exceptional visual standards through straightforward, commercially appealing, and sophisticated merchandising of brands, window displays, and shop floor arrangements in line with Head Office directives.
  • Be responsive to top-selling and key products in-store and relay feedback to the Head Office VM Team.
  • Actively participate in the setup and documentation of seasonal Model Store across all departments.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales Managers to execute promotions and events that meet deadlines, comply with Company guidelines, and maximize sales potential.
  • Maintain POS and visual equipment to ensure the store consistently conveys a strong visual message.

Training & Development

  • Educate and develop sales team members on utilizing the Visual Material available on SharePoint.
  • Communicate and provide insights to the Head Office VM Team regarding Visual Merchandising activities in-store.
  • Support, coach, and inspire your team to deliver exceptional service through hands-on training and development initiatives.
