Job Title: Visual Merchandising Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Visual Merchandising Supervisor to join our team at Frasers Group. As a Visual Merchandising Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading the visual merchandising team and ensuring that our stores are visually appealing and commercially driven.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead weekly walkthroughs of the store with the floor managers and visual team to plan workload and give clear direction to focus team activity for the coming week(s)
  • Work alongside the floor managers and their teams to ensure brands are merchandised commercially and to their correct identities, using the Visual Principles, Brand Segmentations, and Seasonal Brand Packs supplied by the Head Office VM teams
  • Effectively coordinate the retail team across operational tasks, guiding them with your operational expertise
  • Provide timely feedback to associates, recognising success and positively challenging poor performance
  • Use expertise to coach and develop the VM and shop floor teams to improve their confidence and merchandising skills by owning the Visual implementation within store
  • Create the desire to buy, by consistently delivering exceptional visual standards through the simple, commercial, and elevated merchandising of brands, windows, and shop floor displays aligning with Head Office instruction
  • Be reactive to best-selling and key product in store and feedback to HO VM Team
  • Hands-on in the set-up and documentation of seasonal Model Store across all departments
  • Work closely with Sales Managers to deliver promotions and events which meet deadlines, adhere to Company guidelines, and maximize sales
  • Maintain POS and visual equipment to ensure the store can always deliver a strong visual message

Requirements:

  • Must have experience leading a team in a fashion retail environment
  • Passion for product, brands, and trend
  • Background and consistent career path in retail
  • Experience in Luxury Visual Merchandising or similar role
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
