Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the in-store Visual Merchandising team to deliver a cohesive and commercial visual identity.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to maximize store profitability and maintain consistency with Frasers Group and brand standards.
  • Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to engage customers and drive sales.
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and confidence.
  • Ensure timely feedback and recognition of team members' successes and areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with the sales managers to deliver promotions and events that meet deadlines and adhere to company guidelines.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in leading a team in a fashion retail environment.
  • Passion for product, brands, and trend.
  • Background and consistent career path in retail.
  • Experience in luxury visual merchandising or a similar role.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
