Engage in various ad hoc projects related to OCCO's overall objectives, which may include advising on Code of Conduct issues, enhancing policies, assisting in audits, and participating in the procurement of external consultants. Be prepared to travel and represent the Bank with the necessary professionalism in diverse situations. Provide strong defense of assessments and deliver impactful briefings to departmental leadership prior to executive meetings.

Required Qualifications and Skills

A degree in law, finance, or a related field. High level of integrity and discretion. Independent, persistent, and possess excellent negotiation and diplomacy skills. Ability to build rapport and gain respect. Capacity to work under pressure and meet challenging deadlines with a positive, solution-oriented mindset.
