Job Title: Technical Project Integration Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Integration Specialist to join our team at CBRE. As a key member of our Data Centre Solutions team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth integration of technical projects, from commissioning to handover.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a Customer Operations representative on the commissioning phase of projects to ensure all equipment is functionally tested and handed over in its as-designed condition.
  • Develop an in-depth knowledge of technical systems and generate operational documentation to allow the Engineering Team to operate and maintain equipment safely and effectively.
  • Witness commissioning of systems for new installations and review selectivity studies and Arc Flash studies.
  • Assess sites for compliance with HV/LV rules and procedures and produce incident reports for site system failures.
  • Produce Single Point of Failure Reports on sites as required and assist the Customer Project Team with technical help.

Requirements:

  • Strong mechanical and electrical background with experience in project integration and operations.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to travel to sites as required and work flexible hours to meet project deadlines.
