This role is situated in the Training & Development / HR division and is designed to support our commitment to cultivating and enhancing the skills of our future workforce. We are in search of dedicated individuals to join us in this transformative journey.

The Business Administration Apprentice will play a vital role in fostering the growth and development of our personnel. Responsibilities will include supporting early career initiatives and Industrial Placement programs, alongside addressing ongoing training requirements and various HR responsibilities. Moreover, you will have the chance to participate in community engagement activities such as STEM outreach and career fairs, all while receiving mentorship from our Training & Development and HR leadership.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Enhance our early career, graduate, and industrial placement initiatives
  • Deliver comprehensive pastoral and welfare support to emerging talents
  • Assist in the onboarding and orientation of new hires
  • Facilitate and execute development programs and enrichment activities
  • Coordinate STEM outreach initiatives across the region
  • Build partnerships between Raytheon Technologies and educational institutions
  • Collaborate with leadership and business partners to identify and address learning needs and skill deficiencies

Qualifications:

Minimum qualifications include GCSE Maths and English Grades 4 to 9.
