Job Title: Business Administration Apprentice

Location: Wobaston Road, Wolverhampton

Value Stream: Training & Development / HR

Role Summary: We are on an exciting journey of transformation, aiming to grow and develop emerging talent across the organisation. As part of this change, we are expanding our team with new Business Administration apprentices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Help innovate, enhance, and develop early years, graduate, and industrial placement programmes.
  • Provide effective pastoral and welfare support to emerging talent.
  • Support onboarding and induction of new employees.
  • Facilitate and implement key development initiatives, including enrichment activities.
  • Coordinate Outreach / STEM activities across the region.
  • Be a key link between Collins Aerospace and universities and colleges.
  • Work with leadership teams and business partners to identify and address learning needs and skill gaps.

Skills & Experience:

  • Fantastic interpersonal skills with strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills.
  • Ability to be creative, flexible, and innovative.
  • Good communication skills, face-to-face, on the telephone, in writing, or on digital platforms.
