Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Business Administration Apprentice to join our team at Raytheon Technologies. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in assisting the future development and growth of our employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of innovative programs to enhance our early years, graduate, and industrial placement initiatives.
  • Provide effective pastoral and welfare support to emerging talent, ensuring their needs are met and they have a positive experience.
  • Support the onboarding and induction of new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
  • Facilitate and implement key development initiatives, including enrichment activities and outreach programs.
  • Coordinate STEM activities across the region, fostering relationships with universities and colleges.
  • Collaborate with leadership teams and business partners to identify and address learning needs and skill gaps.

Requirements:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to be creative, flexible, and innovative in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to attending college and work, with a strong work ethic and enthusiasm for success.
  • Desired qualifications: GCSE Maths and English Grades 4 to 9.
