Lead the Day-to-Day Works Programmes

The successful candidate will oversee the maintenance of 11 full-size grass pitches, 3 artificial pitches, a ¾ size indoor pitch, 5 grass training areas, and various off-pitch areas, ensuring top-quality playing conditions year-round.

Many of our pitches require renewal and renovation projects over the next five years, which the Head Grounds Person will manage while collaborating with senior staff at the Elite Performance Centre and American Express stadium.

This role also involves supporting future expansion delivery, including a potential Women's first-team stadium and enhanced community facilities. The Head Grounds Person will be responsible for providing the highest quality pitches and training areas throughout the year for all our teams, as well as ensuring all off-pitch areas are maintained and presented to a high standard.
