Position: Insurance Sales Advisor
Location: Torquay

Role Responsibilities:
As an Insurance Sales Advisor, your duties will include:
- Professionally managing inquiries through various communication channels.
- Efficiently organizing workloads to maintain high service standards.
- Conducting thorough assessments to determine clients' needs and preferences.
- Presenting accurate information to insurers to secure competitive quotes.
- Following company protocols and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
- Delivering tailored quotations to clients, suggesting the best options to suit their requirements.
- Meeting and exceeding performance targets set by management.
- Identifying opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling insurance products.
- Contributing to lead generation efforts and responding to inquiries promptly.
- Issuing policy documents, updating client records, and managing adjustments and claims.
- Proactively handling renewals and preparing renewal documentation.
