This position requires in-person engagement.

Role Overview:
As an Insurance Sales Consultant, your responsibilities will include:

• Professionally addressing inquiries through various communication channels.
• Efficiently managing tasks to uphold exceptional service standards.
• Conducting thorough assessments to identify clients' requirements and preferences.
• Presenting the collected information to insurers for accurate and competitive pricing.
• Following company protocols and maintaining compliance with regulatory guidelines.
• Delivering quotations to clients and recommending the most appropriate products to fulfill their needs.
• Consistently meeting the KPIs and objectives established by the department leadership.
• Recognizing opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling.
• Contributing to lead generation and responding to inquiries promptly.
• Issuing policy documentation, updating records, and managing mid-term adjustments and claims.
• Proactively overseeing renewals and generating renewal documentation.
