Role Responsibilities:

As an Insurance Sales Advisor, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Professionally managing inquiries through various communication channels.
  • Efficiently organizing workloads to uphold high service standards.
  • Conducting thorough assessments to identify clients' needs and preferences.
  • Presenting gathered information to insurers to secure competitive quotes.
  • Ensuring compliance with company protocols and regulatory requirements.
  • Delivering tailored quotations to clients, recommending optimal insurance solutions.
  • Consistently meeting performance targets and objectives established by management.
  • Recognizing opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling.
  • Assisting in lead generation and promptly addressing inquiries.
  • Issuing policy documents, maintaining records, and managing claims and adjustments.
  • Proactively overseeing renewals and preparing renewal documentation.
