Job Summary

LTL Consultants, Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Dispute Resolution Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our zoning administration department, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with municipal zoning regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough reviews of zoning permit applications to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Perform regular inspections to verify compliance with zoning regulations.
  • Prepare detailed reports and maintain accurate records of inspections and enforcement activities.
  • Issue non-compliance notices and conduct follow-up inspections as necessary.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to property owners, architects, and builders, addressing zoning-related inquiries and concerns.
  • Respond to complaints from municipal officials, residents, and stakeholders regarding municipal codes and ordinances.
  • Process applications for zoning permits, variances, and other zoning-related information.
  • Attend municipal meetings and Zoning Hearing Board meetings to stay informed and represent the company.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in zoning administration, preferably with a municipal government or similar organization.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and make sound decisions in the best interest of public safety.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to deliver complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Valid Pennsylvania driver's license with a clean driving record.
