Railway Operations Coordinator

### Job Summary
As a Signaller with Network Rail, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and efficient movement of trains across the rail network. Your decisions will have a direct impact on the safety of passengers and freight, making this a highly rewarding and challenging career.
### Key Responsibilities
* Take the lead on signalling during your shift, ensuring the safe passage of trains
* Maintain the highest standards of safety and good communication on the railway
* Work on a shift basis, including evenings and weekends, to ensure maximum coverage of the network
* Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and coordination
### Essential Criteria
* Ability to concentrate for long periods
* Calm, methodical, and precise approach to work
* Excellent communication skills
* Good hearing and eyesight, with satisfactory colour perception
* Own transport to reach your base day and night
* Ability to assess situations and consider the impact of decisions
* Highly conscientious worker
* Willing and able to work shifts, including evenings and weekends
