About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Iceni Solutions UK Ltd. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our managers and employees, including preparing reports, maintaining filing systems, and performing other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with internal and external clients, including responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Travel and Meeting Arrangements: Coordinate travel arrangements, plan meetings, and take detailed minutes to ensure that all necessary information is captured and shared with relevant parties.
  • Office Management: Assist in the management of office supplies, research new deals and suppliers, and maintain contact lists to ensure that our office is running efficiently.
  • Expense Reports: Submit and reconcile expense reports in a timely and accurate manner.
  • General Support: Provide general support to visitors, including answering questions and providing information about our company and services.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or Office Admin Assistant.
  • Knowledge: Working knowledge of office management systems and procedures, as well as proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
  • Skills: Excellent time management skills, attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
  • Education: High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary will be a plus.
