Facilities Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Facilities Manager to join our team at Longdon Park School, part of Options Autism. As a Facilities Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our school sites, maintaining a safe and healthy environment for our pupils and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain school facilities, including day-to-day repairs and maintenance
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement security procedures to ensure pupil and staff safety
  • Monitor and maintain equipment, ensuring it is in good working order
  • Collaborate with the school team to develop and implement school development projects

Requirements:

  • Experience as a site manager of a school or similar environment
  • Strong maintenance and DIY skills, with a focus on health and safety
  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively, with a focus on quality and attention to detail
