Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert HR advice to business leaders on employee relations matters, including disciplinary procedures, grievances, and performance management.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to support the business, ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with the People Operations team to design and deliver HR initiatives that drive business outcomes, such as employee engagement, retention, and development.
  • Conduct investigations and provide recommendations on employee relations matters, ensuring a fair and consistent approach.
  • Build and maintain relationships with business leaders, employees, and other stakeholders to promote a positive and inclusive work environment.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an HR professional, with a strong background in employee relations and HR policy development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate and resolve complex employee relations issues.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a practical and pragmatic way.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
