About the Role:
As a Customer Service Team Leader, you will be responsible for:
- Leading a team of customer service representatives to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and service delivery
- Developing and implementing strategies to improve customer service and business performance
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and customer experience
