Office Based

Working Hours:

Shift 1:
Monday to Friday: 08:00 - 16:30
One Saturday per month: 08:30 - 16:00 (with one weekday off per month when Saturday is worked)
Shift 2:
Monday to Friday: 11:30 - 20:00
One Saturday per month: 08:30 - 16:00 (with one weekday off per month when Saturday is worked)

As a Client Relations Representative at Rendall & Rittner, you will:

• Deliver outstanding customer service via telephone and email, addressing and resolving client inquiries and issues efficiently.
• Maintain clear, professional, and empathetic communication with clients, ensuring a positive experience with every interaction.
• Collaborate effectively with team members, sharing insights and supporting colleagues to ensure consistent service delivery.
• Stay informed about R&R products, services, and systems, seeking feedback and implementing suggestions to enhance customer service.
• Participate in training sessions to develop new skills and knowledge, open to learning about client needs, preferences, and challenges.
